SGO Ultimate is same oil. Total Quartz 5000.

I am looking for some better quality (Semi Synthetic or Fully Synthetic ) in Same API SN 10W40

What was your experience with this total Oil?
And after how KMs you change the oil?..

It is not recommended for swift. It's 5w30
Swift needs 10w40

I poured in ZicA twice in my car...it is semi synthetic. Its name is changed now..it was blue dabba...it is an excellent oil if found original...it also increased fuel efficiency, better engine sound, excellent response

They will never use any other oil than SGO or it wil end its warranty. So stick to sgo till warranty exists

It is not written in warranty book to use SGO.
i will debate with 3S on this point

What do you think using mineral based oil for 40,000 Kms is acceptable for engine? after that I go for synthetic engine oil

I found SGO ultimate to be an excellent oil for my liana...i can say it is easily comparable to ZIC A which i suggested you..
Bahar market me sab oils fake hain...there is always a high chance of buying repacked f'ed oil...so best is to go to 3s and get 100% original product.

Btw, i am pretty sure the debate will not end up in your favour - they will never use lubes from outside...even if you change tyre size, they will end yr warranty...

Finally I decided to give a surprise to my Suzuki Swift ODO 9,000 Kms.

I purchased

Liqui Moiy High Performance Gear Oil (GL4+) SAE 75W-90

Liqui Moly Synthoil High Tech 5W-40 Engine Oil.

Engine oil can run upto 10,000 KM easily as per the engine oil manufacturer.

My swift ODO is around 9,000 Kms and i will change Engine and gear oil on 10K ODO. Previously I was using SGO Ultimate and SGO Gear Oil.

Bye bye to SGO and Suzuki Warranty

Shell Ultra 5w40. Silver bottle.
Best oil. All sounds gone from engine the very next day
3660 Rs for 4L.

10w 40 is not good for Swift. 5w 30 or 40 is much muchbetter if the mileage is below 100000 km

Recommended grade is 10w40

Why use less grade oil like 5w30

Well ..personally for me ..I found my car started to knock in 2nd gear on 10w 40 (which is recommended) and ever since I switched to 5w-40 ... it's perfectly fine so I wouldn't recommend 10w 40 unless the car reaches a lot of mileage... 1 lakh or close.
