Alhamdulillah car is back and going great. Total cost was 130k because Catalytic converter was also replaced otherwise 80k. After overhauling vibrating is less, no knocking sound, pickup is good. Pistons were changed, water body was also changed, fan is on auto. The car was running on coolant and radiator service was done few days before the overhaul so nothing with the radiator. Irshad bhai asked to change the oil after 1000km and don't turn on the A.C for 400km and don't exceed speed above 80km/hr. Oil used 10w 30 Havoline.
