1.u didnt mension brands as i deal in tractor parts so have a litle idea piston in 3k wud b RIGHT WAY TAIWAN rings wud b TP JAPAN in 1.8k any how.
Guides r small 3 inch tubes fitid in head,valves pass inside these guides.
Your mechanic did exactly ryt not compromisd on substandard clutch parts as if clutch is used several tyms during drive i personly have opinion it shud b of best brand but u wrote FCC is it a brand?

:Pactually i forget the brand name of clutch plate...its my idea (80%) that the mechanic said its FCC...perhaps some expert my correct me with the name

2005 baleno - hmm... how many KM your car did before you had to over-haul the engine? I have recently sold my car (2005 cultus) with 90K on odo meter with excellent pick and awesome cng consumption.

While turning d steering extreme left r ryt car doesnt switch off as im runing d car wid 1200 rpm idle,it just come 2 1000 n make a noisy viberation.
Aik cheez meri samj mai nae aayee khraad walay nai 4300 mai kya kiya hai,crank grinding cost is 3 to 5 hundred where as head facing n valve grinding is also 700 to 1000 job then... 4300 4 wotelse?

As u told me d cozes of blast in baleno,so to tel u i got TB serviced n copper round valve fited a couple of weaks ago.
It costed me 1500 4 TB service n complete cng kit service +1200 4 iner valve jo khraad walay nai liyay thay.
Mechanic says i have bad choke censor,plug wires ka pata nae havnt got those checked,coils kaisay check kerun harab hain ya sahi hain?

CNG kit service costs from 400-500 Rs and Throttle body censer service is about 200-300 Rs... i think you got them serviced a bit costly...but yes the butterfly valve that you got from lath man can be upto 1200 Rs...he may be good at his work...censer normally kaharab nhn hoty...they just need some cleaning and they will work just like new again...the new throttle body censer price from 3S dealer is 3500 Rs and from bilal gunj it is your luck that you can get them any where between 1500-2500 Rs...coils ko appearence sy hi check kr sekty han waisy bht lengthy procedure hy...your mechanic can tell you better..if you car is driven like 100,000 Km then coils may be out of order

Sark plugs koi 45 days old hain NGK liyay thay 600 main.
Yes current leak hay mechanic said but i observd no spark in dark nyt opening bonet.
I havnt washd engine yet in last 2 months when i bought d car.
About ur discovery 2 tightn d filtercase wid batery clamp dont u think any blast again wud tear d f/case?

it is not necessary that current leakage would be visible...if current is leaking from spark plug there must be Cuts on plugs and if it is leaking from coils then surely your coils are not in good condition...leak spark can be seen in darkness but it is not necessary that u can see it in any condition

I ask u 2 plz tel,have u changed d TB censor too 4 remedy of trembeling steering wheel?is it d same im caling choke censor its lower 1 among 2 censors behind venturi at Throtle body? What is its cost ?

no i dint changed the censer...i think it is the same censer (throttle body censer that your mechanic is calling choke censer) i just get it cleaned with WD 40 and every thing was fine...one more thing that my car was also missing and the problem was found in broken CAM censer... i got it fixed and problem gone...anyways the cost of throttle censer is 3500 as i told in earlier thread

market reputation of chinese coils is 50-50...some say they work some say they don't...an former manager of suzuki motor said that chinese coils work fine as compared to used original coils from bilal gunj...my mechanic say that chinese coils are pathetic,used one are better....so at the end i took a chance and buy chinese coils...and they are working very good in my car...
1200 RPM seems very high at idle condition...it should be around 850 on CNG and 750 on petrol...that can save fuel and produce less noise at idle...but if your car is giving problems then 1000 is good enough...and remember one thing always try to avoid RPM setting form throttle screw...never do it...some lazy mechanic dont work to stabilize the car by fuel setting they just screw the throttle and say every thing is fine

about the Kharadia cost i m sorry i have no idea how many he take for what work...i fact i also feel it high because the individual costs of all job done by kharadia told to me is less than the total cost that is written in bill...and u know what im not going to pay it:P(H)

look bro...my odometer was giving me reading of 50,000Km at time of overhaul...but i m 101% sure that the meter is reversed...but how much it is reversed i have no idea...
about acceleration,pick and top speed my baleno was awesome...but it was decreasing oil a bit...quarter to a 2000 km...so i decided to overhaul

14" and a bit low profile...just clean the air filter no need to change now if you are planning overhaul...change the air filter after overhaul...i my self have my new air filter packed in box and waiting for initial running to be completed before i change it
