but after the head is faced to seat the gasket properly, engine sometimes develop a vibrations problem. In that case look for engine mounting. Often weak mounts increase the vibrations.

There is a shop on Montgomery road Lahore namely "Mumtaz Motors". It's on left side when you turn from Mcload road to enter Montgomery road. They only deal in Suzuki parts. You can buy all kinds of genuine engine and other parts from them.

I have mehran 2007 , my engine is reducing oil , it's giving not any type of smoke , good pick although throws water on first start but it's continuously reducing oil rather not any type of leakage is observed , my friends suggest 20-50 havoline but just after 250 km oil reading is in between two holes !!!
It's in center of high and low Mark holes
And after 2500 km oil level is near "low hole"
Is it ok what i should do to tackle that problem !!!

Can anyone guide me about getting the cultus 2013 (euro-2) engine obeehauled? Currently suzuki guy said that engine is weak, 1 valve is not being tightened and engine will be opened after 10-15K kms.
Kindly suggest me that either I should go for engine overhauling or just sale the car right now. My daily travelling is around 200 kms. Also mention the cost for engine overhauling or valve and ring change.

Can someone please tell me some good mechanic for engine overhauling of my cultus efi 2008.
It reduces almost 3/4 litre oil in 1000 km. Gives smoke on start up and when engine heats up after 15 to 20 km traveling the smoke disappears.
Please help.

It seems your valve stem seals are leaked. Its a common problem in efi cultus engine.

Thank you Sir... I noticed that it also give a little smoke when I accelerate it hard. Not much but a little. Is it also because of worn out valve seals?
Will this problem be solved if I change valve and valve seals.
Some brother can please tell me some good honest mechanic here in Rawalpindi.

You need a good compression test. Share test readings of all cylinders here then we can tell you the real problem.

Although an old discussion, but very useful and beneficial discussion it was. very experienced and valuable feedback provided by other fellows.

Dear members, i bought a Suzuki Cultus VXL 2005 Model, in Jan 2019 from Rawalpindi. it had some oil seal leaked, which i could,t notice and eventually one day the oil got vanished. thereafter the car started giving smoke on start and on high RPM. The power of engine has also declined and few mechanics and friends has suggested me to replace of overhaul the engine. Looking forward for valuable feedback on following:-
1. Overhauling charges.
2. Any good mechanic in Rawalpindi.
3. Shop for spare parts

I have recently overhauled my Alto VXR 2006 model's engine.
I have driven 70 kms in 2 days since overhaul.
Engine is working fine,throwing out water from silencer.
I cost me 39000 for parts and 6000 for labour charges.
One thing concerns me that car doesn't give a smooth pickup in 1st gear but the mechanic has told me that the engine would work on its full when kick in kilometers are covered.
Is it right?
