I didn't notice any leakage. I've been noticing it ever since the issue came up.
As for changing fan then my confusion is that if the stock fan has been able to control the temperature for so many years then why not now? Stock fan pe bhi ab tak meri gari ki majal nahi thi jo over heat ho lol.
Fan usage with time weakens the motor making it slower.
And atleast in Karachi ive clearly noticed a much higher ambient temperature in the heat this time. My room temperature used to stay 32ish last summer and its 33-34 this year.
If the leakage is from the radiator cap, you wont be able to see it, water will usually steam out in very small quantities.

I highly doubt if 100rs wala coolant (assuming its 1litre since you got 4 bottles) is concentrated.
The highly concentrated coolant costs around 300-400 for much less than a litre.
I just buy the diluted coolants. These days a new brand named Veslee is seen in the market with oils and coolant, I just bought a big one of those and put the whole thing in. Its definitely diluted.
