plenty of symptoms as in high fuel consumption, smoke at throttle, oily exhaust, morning smoke, blue smoke is sign of bad valve / worn rings. Possible bad tappets, leaky valve seals, etc etc.
visit a workshop which can perform compression test. Wet & dry readings shall not be under 160 psi. lower values are not good sign and engine need overhaul.
