Check if original ac card is still installed. If alteration with manual thermostat is done than there are chances of this issue. Use scanner to see if the ac compressor clutch signal turns on and off when your the clutch engaging/disengaging.

Check my previous comment. If original AC card has been by passed then this issue can occur. The compressor on off signal might be showing on even when the compressor is off causing rpm increase to compensate for the load which isn't there. You'll need a scanner to check this.

Yes, A/C card has been bypassed. I have bought a kabulo card from bilal ganj but the problem is that no electrion is being able to understand or do the wiring for the A/C card.

If it's for cultus then should be plug and play else it will be difficult to integrate without knowing the schematic for the pins. This would require testing from an electronics repair person like those that repair ECU. I doubt any AC technician or average electrician would be able to integrate it.
