GUYS engine is ready and Mahsallaha it is in excellent condition, i hit 2gear till 100KM/H and it can do some more, Fuel average is good, just alignment and Silencer work left which will be done tomorrow. will upload the video of run
Congrats...n dont push it much...just run it for some 800-1000 kms as these engines are not in running condition from dont know how many months...so just complete some good kms on soft pedal.

Guys any suggestion about tappet cover paint? my plan is to paint it with red color and leave HONDA mono silver and after paint, bake it in my oven for 20min. any suggestions of color?

yar spray bottle wala kam idhar nahi chale ga. engine heat sai woh paint sar jaye ga. itni garmi sirf powder coating bardasht kare gi. and yes matt black will look gud

yar get that thing cleaned wid petrol and that aluminium sanded. yar bas maza to kam ka phir hi ayega k jab engine bay khulay to engine brand new lagey
exactly, ill clean it by myself but first let it be free from all mechanical works.
there is an engine cleaner by turtle wax co . it is called pre soak. you can get the shop details from vague one. it cleans engines like a miracle

ask vague one in the detailing thread. He will fill u in wid the details.he just cleaned an engine bay wid that stuff, u can see the pics there. He might even do ur engine.
Bottle wala spray paint will not do the work.....engine bay mai itni heat hoti hai ky woh foran farigh ho jai ga....will giv u a suggestion when ul meet me.
