@dani_kk
you have good terms with mushtaq and he is giving you things cheap... you are kidding right?!!!!!
These scrapyard people are friends to none other than money, mark my words. And as soon as you are financially compromised they will exploit you real bad. yes these same people. I have purchased many things from mushtaq over 4-5 years, but never asked for bargaining, only asked for "after sale support" and that's it. If things turn up bad, he will replace with good one, that's it. No other deal.
And by the way dani if you were with @qamarahmad.awan at the time of purchase of this engine, you should have known that people have put in this engine and thrown out after a month or two and these engines nobody purchase, i have never seen anybody having this engine coming up with a OBDII port and ETB calibrated through scanner. I myself wired one up and made it working, but it was one hell of a long job, and as far as I remember there are three sensors involved, two with pedal and one in ETB which needs calibration. Now, I am not sure of the wiring qamar is having of his ECU, secondly this engine is mated with manual tranny and that's also not of its own rather GA one, okay that's fine for the moment, but could be having multiple issues with wiring connections if TCU wiring is lying vacant. I hope you understand what I am trying to say.
Anyways, its a mess from start to wire-up this engine. The one I wired, was operating its Auto-Fan through CAN. The one qamar is having might be giving sensor ground to Fan Relay, might be. But its not end of story here. Those CAN H and CAN L lines are sure going to the meter and getting signal of speed sensor through meter. So if speed signal is given through meter to ECU, there is no way ETB is going to know what is happening. To cut the long story short, you need to do things properly and in this case, YES WITH A CAN BUS CONTROLLER UNIT AND MATCHING METER.
