I am not advertizing the work shop here and I was going to post the ECU pinout compleate detail here in the forum but early this morning some of the member's called yousaf ustaad and told him about the whole situation and then Yousaf ustaad showed up at our shop and started the gillaa with my father not to interfere in his bussiness about the nissan ( not to leak out the Pinout detail's of QG18 3 step ecu) so I called the respected member with whome I was discussing about the pinout transfer on this forum and told him the whole detail just waiting for his responce and then InshaAllah will post the pinout details.

I think this thread should strictly be towards wiring the QG15DE brother @IsbCap have, that is my only charm here, I am trying to help and will help as much as I can straight to his benefit and others so we all know to wire it up and which wires to connect. Anybody who have something to help us can post up the info.

Today when I started the car on petrol, it went dead after a few seconds. i could smell petrol, then dad told that there was lot of petrol leaking under. Just turned the switch off, to know that my yesterday's time and money spent on workshop and traffic blocks was of no use

So went to workshop in Isb this time, fuel tank opened to replace the pipes. Then filled the petrol, no leakage occurred.

Tried to start on petrol, and wow, no response at all. After the inspection, it was revealed that petrol does go until the engine compartment, and then no supply to engine. Mechanic told to visit him tomorrow for opening some engine part.

Now after doing the analysis, I guess, the guy who wired the CNG kit had shorted three wires coming from ECU, and connected a CNG wire with the shorted ones. From pinout and colors of those wires, I think he has disturbed the injectors.

Experts, Help, help, help please. I'm already too fed up with countless fruitless visits to mechanics.

Fortunately, learning from my previous bad experiences, I supervised each action of that CNG installer, and know whichever wiring part he distrubed, so can undo it easily.

That's why I was so against of this CNG injection so soon at almost everything uncomplete at wiring part

As far as I know, most of the friends here like @spectra @akifjanjua and @bilalahm do their mechanical stuff done through that workshop of yousaf sb, so yeah you can go to him and sort things out if you like.

By the way, that fuel pump issue should have been resolved by those stupid mechanics.... but i do feel strongly that it was the lack of time that is now taking its toll.

aarrghhhh I think in this jugaru setup of CNG, ECU wires do not need to be fiddled with..... @SER_GTR will enlighten me here, they do hot wire the ECU main power supply then how they do jugaro CNG setup ?? Do they turn off injectors somehow or they just leave them running and cut off petrol through relay ? What they do?
