you are a fast reader not an intentional digesting reader you can only read the word's but cannot understand them easily you first need English dictionary. Then need your full attention while reading the post of mine you had picked up the incompleate line out of the compleate sentence so read it again as your Fat mind is not absorbing the knowledge Hence prove's you are far behind and had to do a lot of hard work to understand the sentence... Tell me straight, did you not write many a times in two pages that Nissan are not capable of tuning every engine they make? Kaha hey key nai kaha, key copy paste karon ? ya you need glasses ?

I hope you don't have that medical problem in which a person writes and forgets.

Convince me that Nissan sends un-tuned engine from factory, that's it. Rest comes later.

Before such tests the control was set to a specific quality of fuel, oil in crankcase, air temperature, load on gearbox etc.

what NOx levels were you seeing at those lean burn and what combustion temperatures were seen with your experiment. Such tests are not done with multimeters or handhelds - When I was seeing them the engine was loaded on a dyno with thermocouples for each cylinder and an exhaust stack data analyser made by Honeywell to literally see all exhaust gases in ppm. 15 engines of the same variants run 15 separate tunes - that is called testing on control level.

After such tests, the engines are pulled apart - oil samples tested and general service tolerances tested.

In the same facility a lot of discussion is thrown around to tweak the performance tune of the corvette LS1 - but it has to follow an emiissions mandate - for that the cat is monitored and the exhaust is controlled to keep it working - Driving pleasure can take a hike.

And Please elaborate that how a manufacturer like Nissan does not know where there cars are going to be sold?

How was your testing done, - Pakistan does not have any such facilities that I know of.

One possible reason is ALR (Atta's Logical Reasoning) ke port per atta ne PCV valve laga dia ha. One way transfer only.

there is no magical cure for low compression.

Leave it. Ok PCV se yad aia. Few days ago i met a guy with his CF3 accord with F18B engine. He had removed the PCV valve pipe going to Intake manifold and left open. Then he blocked the intake pipe. When i told him this is not the way. You have to join them. He laughed at me and said this PCV pumps the oil into intake manifold so you get air particles sticking with it causing gunk and egr blocked.

What is the logic behind it why PCV has to throw into IM

the PCV is to suck toxic condensate and oil vapor into the intake where it can burned safely. If you remove the PCV system your engine oil will become tar as the toxins and water condensation breaks it down.

Its not a pretty picture - I can guarantee you that. The oil sometimes becomes solid like tar - result = dead engine.
