HI there I have Nissan sunny 89 with 1000CC carby original engine its working fine its not much powerful just keeps the car going and on CNG I feel that it cant pull the weight of the car but there is no AC in it my work is in field and in summers I need chilled AC I spent last summer sweating all day, when I thought of putting AC in existing engine people advised me that your engine will collapse ,now I am thinking of swapping engine with used EFi engine I have two options 1: 1000 EFI engine and 2 : 13000 EFI engine I only want 3 things 1: mileage 2: chilled AC 3: get rid of CNG ,I don't want to waste my whole day in CNG queues I have seen the posts and I think here are many experienced people who have done experiments and so I will be much obliged if you could guide me which engine should I go for ??
Im sorry but you cannot put a 13000 cc engine in your sunny.
Typo error bro
hahahahahhahahaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa chaaa gayay bosssss
Put a 1500cc EFI engine in it. It will be powerful as well as economical. 1000cc EFI will be a PITA, and 1300EFI will be just fine. But these are rare in market, and finding spares for them will also be difficult.
more then 90% of BLOWN HEAD GASKETS are caused due
to leakage of water throw radiator or hose pipes .
on board temperature gauge can not show any sign
of water loss . with this ADD-ON we can take
control on this situation .
Hi. I wonder if you can help me I'm looking for a pinout for this ecu with the 6 pins on the left and right of the ecu. It is off a a Nissan Almera 1.6 2002 that just wont start. Checked Auto diagnostic, nats system, no fault codes come up. Checked for ignition earths to ecu everything checks out ok. But don't get any earth signals to injectors, But on the live Data I can see there is a pulse. There is a ignition supply to injectors from control relay. I do have spark and fuel pressure. I have check auto data for pinouts on this ecu but cant find one. So I would be greatfull if you could help me with a pinout or with any advice on how to get this Nissan to start.Thank you.
bros i have a qg16 in my b12 but my wirng has some issues can anyone halp me about that ?
If you are in Pindi, go to Burraq Autos in Sultan ka khoo. Call Yousaf at 03335149239
I have got the engine swapped in my B13 8 months ago. the problem i am facing is whenever i press brake the car engine shuts off. Also at high rpms there is black smoke emitting from exhuast pipe. Similarly i can smell unburnt petrol. Please help. my fuel average in local has dropped from 10.5 to 7.8
Hopefully it will resolve the issues.Next culprit can be O2. But that's a big thingy. First try the above things and post the results.
Thanx bro for such a prompt reply. Please note that i have changed the air filter and spark plugs one month ago. Also i got the throttle body services from a workshop. He removed it from the engine, opened it and cleaned it with petrol. But still the problem is there. My engine is QG15DE. Bought it from Sanab Gul from Mithu Khan. wiring was done by Malang Team bijli ustad etc.
The MAF sensor? where is it located. If its near the Air Filter housing, then i also got it cleaned.
Yes, MAF is located close to air filter housing. Idle RPM is stable or drops suddenly? And did you install CNG. You should also check for vacuum leaks.
Next, need to check if MAF is working fine or not, then O2.
No i have not CNG installed. The idle rpm does not drops. ONce the car is start, it continues to start. But whenever i apply brakes near speedbreaker or have to slow down due to some hurdle ahead, the engine tries to shut off. but i try to press accelrator and sometimes it continues and sometimes it shuts off. What is meant by Vacuum leaks. Please elaborate.
What is the process to clean the MAF sensor? Can we use WD40 or Carburator cleaner for that purpose?

If running fine, don't mess with it. Only inspect it for cleaning if absolutely necessary (such as poor idling, stuttering etc. pointing to MAF problems, running too rich etc.)
WD40 and carb cleaner not recommended for MAF cleaning. Use specific MAF cleaner available from shops.
