PROBLEM SOLVED !
Actually my car is UK import with immobilizer and it was running with JDM 2nzfe non-imobilizer ECU. So after a little alteration with one of the ECU connectors, everything is working like a charm now. I am also posting a pic of altered ECU pinouts for better understanding. It took me almost 4 months to root out the cause, but Alhamdolillah I am done now.Alteration has been done with the highlighted connector.

Hello brother how did you sort this problem I'm experiencing the same problem with a Yaris running a jdm vitz ecu do you have a pinout for this or what pins to change any help would be much appreciated

Dear Mark, after figuring out tempering in pin#12, 13 wiring. I let my electrician to handle the issue. No idea, what he did. And last year, I sold the car as well.

Try to check this highlighted connector's pin# 12 & 13 wiring.

Yes I have bridged wires 12 and 13 and it will start just not stop thanks you for reply I wish I had this problem I few a years ago when you had the car lol

Hello brother I have figured it out I can't believe it i have had to re pin a few pins but it works and turns off even when cold when the blue light is showing thanks for your repsonses
