now i remember from my taxation course where we also studied "trusts", that a trust constitutes of four parts:
1) a settlor (the one transferring a legal title).
2) a trustee (to whom the legal title is transferred).
3) the trust estate (the property/title in question)
4) the beneficiaries
So from that i deduce that "Amanat" could be called an Entrusted Estate, though two words, but a noun nonetheless.
