Estimate the market value of my car

Keeping in view the market prices of the cars "in Islamabad" and the condition of my car, please estimate the value of my car. Actually a friend wants to buy the car from me and he said that lets find out the current market value of the car first. As I can’t negotiate a price with him, please help me come to an amount that would keep us both happy

Nissan Sunny 1999 (2.0D)
Driven 120k
Registration transferred in my name
Islamabad number

I bought it about a year ago for Rs. 450k. Except for the engine which has run a long distance, the car (body, interior, suspension, wheels, tires, and electronics) is in good shape. See the pictures. Sorry for the bad quality of the pics.

ur car stands in between 350 and 4 due to 120,000Km and 99 model. but papubahi is right one can find this for 350 in lahore but not in islamabad if its in good condiiton

I'm sorry I won't be able to post more pics very soon. I'll try over the weekend though. Yes, I'm the second owner. I'm selling because I wanna buy another car maybe a 4x4. I'm not even sure whether it would be a good idea because this car hasn't given me any trouble. Is a bit of a gamble, I should say.
