Bhai all this hasle does not worth it. Just buy an efi mehran whenever u can.
U will spend too much and will never be satisfied with end results.
Its not only engine. It need a new fuel tank,fuel pump, lines, air filter map sensors and a lot more...

Old Carby Mehran, if well maintained easily gives average of 15 plus without AC in city. I won't recommend the swap, either go for well maintained old carby Mehran or get used Efi Mehran. Swap will be hectic in my humble opinion.
