I used to run a workshop in Pakistan, I bought oil and other products from Shell, Caltex and Fuchs. Never had issues with them.
The reason engines go for overhaul in 100K in Pakistan is not lubricant failure, its actually sabotaged by the "ustaad mechanic" when he removes the thermostat valve which causes the engine to run rich forever causing rapid cylinder wear along with missing/broken PCV valve which promptly causes the oil to sludge up and cause mechanical issues.
The engines I overhauled and maintained have clocked more than half million kms in Pakistan or more than 40,000 hours of service (industrial engines) - Its not just oils, its about how they are being treated - e.g. if a person runs a diesel dead cold and changes oil every 200 kms, it wont magically survive for a million kms like elsewhere - same engine run proper hot and lube exchanged with proper spec at recommended interval of 5000 or 8000 kms will surely go for the million its recommended.
The reason I mentioned shell is because you yourself claimed Eurol is the only product in Pakistan coming from Holland, Shell is already in Pakistan and is originally a dutch co. - it doesnt matter if they are blending the lubes in toba tek singh or jakarta - the standard is the same.
