Better to go to saadi road for complete range of tyres.
For corolla 98 it is better to use 185/70R13 or 185/65R14, for 15" size you will have to mount 60 or 55 series tyres.

195/60R15 is having lower aspect ratio which will reduce the ride comfort. If you want to go for mid range brand I prefer to go for Hankook or Nexen.

u can have 155/80 r13 or 165/65 r 13 or 165/70 r 13 or 175/70 r13( but 175/70 will get bit big as it is recommended for cultus).
Check driver side door jamb the OE size is mentioned their.
It is mid range brand with acceptable quality .
165/65R13 is the best conversion.
It is difficult to get 165/55R14 in market. First check the driver side door jamb for the OE size of your vehicle.
