Experience about terios kid and japanese alto

i liked alto 660cc quite good for city driving....

Alto is a very good car in 660 cc. its spare parts are cheapest then any other car even u can buy its body parts in its original paint every thing is like pakistani alto 1000cc.even its 1000 cc epi original engine is available in only 20 to 25k but in 660cc its performance is very good on cng its consumption is 2.60 Rs per km local if running on high speed means more then 60km per hour( In 50 Bar cylinder 175-180km),and on petrol 18 to 19 km per liter with A.C.

man ppl ve appreciated terios...y do u say not to think of it? jap alto to most ppl ve discouraged..but y terios? 1300 cc car...mini SUV...automatic transmission...y do u discourage it?

salman i had to make similar descion when i was buying a car in 06 i was about to buy a terios then it was 850 then. but instead i bought a cultus vxl petrol i drove it for 3 years without problem and one day out of the blue got an offer for 660 sold it . if i had bought terios i would not have disposed it for 40 k more.
2ndly the main point is that all these cars have been in pakistan for last 4-5 years so majority of them are in a wreck. terios cannot be taken serious off roading so it is useless as suv.
you are in same spot as i was i bought a cultus and had a good experience and by the way in 3 years i saved enough to jump to an xli09 that i now have

i guess u ve a point...so basically ur main concern is the resale..n that honestly is one of my fears as well...u r right that after being driven in pak a 2nd hand terios will b useless...well one can go for one that is imported n not used in pak..but resale is the major issue...i right now have cultus late 08 model..n u r right...i ve had it for almost a yr now without any issues...just routine stuff..almost maintainance free...n i kno i can sell it for about 20 to 30 k more than i bought it for...the thing is that i long for an automatic car..cz the traffic in isb has really changed alot..check posts every here n there...signals...n my left thigh becomes sore!

i m now thinking of a decent automatic 2nd hand city...cz i have to travel to faisalabad every month or so...n the diggy space sometimes becomes an issue!

dun knw demand..but i have seen the car its very clean...being 1300c with every basic option that comes with imported car..very good value for money

bro u can get a city in good condition which is also good for long drives and as u know that long drive is all about confort so these small cars will never give u the el comfort.go manual city cz it is good on cng
