futher on my dad was getting annoyed by CLICK HERE, CLICK THERE.......so i stopped taking pictures and seriously got to work....
well the head was placed back with a new gasket and was cranked carefully on to the block....
we also replaced the timing belt just in case .....( with a daewoo you dont want to take any chances:P)
We started the engine and it interally sprang into to life with half a self .......BUT THERE WAS SOMETHING WRONG!!!!!!!!!!
the sounded like four tractors reving high together :S at first we thought we forgot to bolt up the silencer....but then we realised the the head is letting out the exhaust....it was letting in out from a small hole ...we could see flames every time we reved it.....and that too on the intake side.....:S

then i recalled seeing this head in bilal gunj....it had a exhaust return into the carburator thru a vacum switch so that the unburnt fuel could be recycled. this procedure probably did slightly increase the economy on high ways but i think the main purpose for this mechanisum was to meet some emission rating:|
well all of this meant i wont be able to use the car till i get the requried intake manifold for it
NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
well we being we......me and dad found a solution! we got a 14 size bolt wrapped some cloth around it and shoved it in the hole
and the problem was solved!!! but temperaily ......
Anyways the manifold arrived a day later from pindi ..... Thank Heavens this was less filthy....


but i just couldnt put it in there without cleaning it so here i go.......
