I've taken the Joburg - NYC flight many times, its 19 hours of sheer boredom. You run out of things to watch and eat hehe.

Wanderer's and Gary Player CC both (not the Sun City one which is not that far either, about a 1 1/2 drive). There are some 20+ golf courses in a 30 Kms radius so you'll be totally spoiled for choice plus some large driving ranges.

Too right mate ! Sunday I am off to the bike show, to ride, and maybe take some pics too ? June is the annual car show. Airshows in between, and then some classic car racing. Not to mention the World Super Bike racing in a couple of weeks. Sometimes it can be a bit too much
