Extremely High Electricity Bill ( Confused )

Yes there is a katchi abadi outside our area which almost entirely runs on Kunda.

I had been thinking on moving to Solar for the last year or so but the troubles outweigh the benefits. Mostly the 2-3 months of summer are high on Tariff rest the entire year the bills stays within the range of Rs:5000 and where we live there is absolutely no load-shedding throughout the year so Solar doesnt look like a viable option to my needs.

we are connected over an exempted grid as well. but the May - July / Sept 15 - Oct 15 every year the consumption is more then rest of the year's consumption.

We are also getting high Bill whats new in that? All Pakistan bills are very high recently i paid 20000 in Feb do you believe that.
