The guy works in phase 2, have talked to him before, he has made a mess out of your car, I have loads of pictures of it in the current state, never posted them here as it might break your heart to see your X car in the hands of an owner like that. I can tell you that it has over heated at least once, and that he uses water instead of a good coolant, and he knows nothing about cars!
