Dear Mine is 64 GB with 3G and Ipads dont need any warranty either.
Coz you can use these items for life.

@chaudry9 For 60K you can get ipad 32 GB wihout 4G. But mine is 3G means you can insert sim card and use internet anywhere.

i have no idea about 3g n 4g type of things in ipad
but 3g isnt available in pak unless u can use edge

Yes, i have mentioned everything in Thread Post Bro.

Processor Speed is same. Infact in early stages Ipad 3 had some heating issues.

First of All You can't Compare Cell Phone with Ipad as its not a GSM device. Means you can't use as cell phone.
And as for as concern better one it depends on personal preference means some guys like Ipad & they are not concerned with its flaws.
I have found Ipad one of the Simplest device to use so far.
And some people like Android things, as its a device with flash player. And you can do a lot of stuff with Android. & when it comes to android you can get so many brands which are making devices with android.

So IPad is a limited & Attractive Device, and its kind of "Kashka & Showoff" .

Again Personal Preference Matters, I personally Like Android Device, I don't know why but i prefer Android for myself.
