that car just got a k20 with k pro installed....

I sold that h22 hatch which Ahmed bought just for 950000 u r asking way too much any how best of luck with ur sale and do keep in mind buying a reborn model 2007 or 08 and making it turbo charged way better than this ,,,,,,,,

i cant belive a guy who owned a hatch would say this, how can you compare 06 civic with turbo or a jet engine with a hatch which are only a handfull in pakistan.

price wise i have already said few things

this is civic is not painted 1.
2 its gathers edition
3 its a genuine vti import
4 it has a b18 type car imported from Japan import it now and it will touch 4.50 easy.

now the fact that car is unpainted brings up the value..
has a complete b18 type R
is N/A competition winner in isloo bahria

i have had 4 hatch backs in pakistan and sold all for this was my 1st sale

it takes time and goes i have a guy who has a hatch back interested in this but he is trying to sell one of his other cars

not for a second i have thought this car wont sell for the demand i m making

its blue colour converted from LHD to RHD its been in pakistan since 96 i think

i m not sure about the engine spec but it has alloys chrome

its parked in LHR DHA show room Name AUTO FIELD

common problem in Pakistan many people cant differentiate, they see everything from same point of view and start comparing. if new car prices werent jack ed up to 2 million plus . used cars would be avaliable cheap..

another issue is PKr is not stable currency.

I believe you are confusing practicality with everything else. Sure 4 doors and a trunk mean more space but these cars are bought solely for their emotional value not practical value. Besides the prices of these old hatch backs are artificially inflated. There is no denying that they are high demand these days. Im not gonna comment on the owner's asking price cuz its his car and he knows its worth but one thing is for sure.....you are definitely not a serious buyer :S
Oh one more thing....your calculations are absurd.
