Pakwheels prices are slightly a bit unrealistically higher to be honest. And if you visit regularly you can clearly see cars like those higher prices are there for a long time before they sell. Apart from only a few who are lucky to find buyers paying higher than the market. And I hope you find such a buyer as well who pays you what you want.

You are right, civic manual has very less resale demand, yet resale value.
Best of luck for sale.

People should realize that there are two loses if we hold it up for unrealistic demand.
The market value is constantly going down and financial cost of blocking cash invested in car.
And thirdly if a buyer has been regularly visiting pakwheels ads or the market and after some while sees the car has still not been sold, thats another negative point for it.Competitive pricing for every sale item is a very important factor.
i really didn't wanted to sell it at that price as that car was i was looking for something near 18 and demanded 17.80 but after 5 days and many people came up but they wanted it at price which i couldn't sale it as i knew my car's worth so a young chap came and striked a deal so i finally gave him for 17.10 although if i was to give points for my car it was 10/10 mint condition.
You saved alot of your time, effort and off course got rid of stress from your mind. Not a costly deal i must say!
You mean badnam tag ..gari ka badnam hujana..pata nai why its not selling [emoji5]

Exactly, 200%
Perfect. Most people here do not understand these business terms.
They don't take present and future values of cash into consideration. 17 lac now has less power than 17 lac few months back, plus market for this civic is constantly going down.
