What are the prices of empty plots there where u constructed this house ? i do similar business but in quetta, n i see the price of this is very very very reasonable comparing to the prices of Quetta market lol , seriously, secondly u mentioned its 35x78 almost 3000 sq feet ,
Prices of land are touching sky ... in the past 1 year , here 1 sq feet is for 3000 rs avg price in good proper areas of Quetta..

Prices in phase three for 10 marla category starts from 75 -90 lacs and regarding this house,s. Land. As I mention it's location in main post. Such plot are only very few in bahria town and mostly are built. Those which aren't can go some where near to 105 lacs or more
