I think this is the correct area;

The marla was standardized under British rule to be equal to the square rod, or 272.25 square feet.
Bahria Town is gangsta and is using this formula: 1 Marlah=225 Sq.ft.

As I live in the next street, have seen this house being constructed from scratch. The only question I always wanted to ask the owner is why there is no boundary wall on the street corner side. never new its a fellow pakwheeler, An let me assure you that he is asking a very very fair price for the house as per the current market. best of luck

answer for your question is that i wanted to keep it all side open and since you your self living in bahria town you know that bahria only allows 5 feet tall boundary wall which is not enough for a corner house and all your family passing through the side passage is visible to the road side

apart from that porch becomes short and house elevation seems to be bit compressed

I am in Street 61 which is back of this house, I am Shahid To all, This house is on a double road with good access, Houses in normal roads which are non corner and with area of 10 marla (30* &%) are being sold for 1.60 on average. So guys its a very very very fair demand,
