Well bro thank you for the compliment. My intentions are always to keep everyone happy. I still felt guilty for ur loss as i couldn't deliver it sealed, though i always get them packed under my supervision but don't know how all that happend. To me, both seller and buyer should face half of the loss as total loss sounds unfair.

Last but not least. I ve also not seen such a nice buyer who after receiving the honey sent half of the payment (jazakAllah for that) and yess Rubinia is best among all and i always suggest everyone to go for it

Sorry, no offence. However, it may be acceptable according to our pakistani standards that half loss should be borne by buyer and you have been 'kind' enough to send 1 KG for free to buyer.

However, this is due to non-existance of trading standards and poor customer support. All over the world, the person (company) sending the product is responsible for ensuring it reaches safely to customer. This is done through insurance or by taking a hit as a loss and is part of the cost.

It may sound strange to people who havnt seen customer service... but its about time it starts to change. Nothing personal ... but I wouldn't buy from someone who doesnt take responsibility for getting it to me one piece! guess people here are too used to being shafted by businessmen! Your gesture is a step in the right direction, but I would be fuming if I didnt everything which I paid for because of no fault of mine!

I cannot guarantee how your shipment is being handled by the courier company and for special handling shipments/ Insurance you have to pay double of the shipping charges. So how many of you will pay around Rs. 900 for 2 KG shipment?

As far as packaging quality is concerned, i won't say anything just ask my customers . So as per your logic if i send honey with taking all precautionary measures and it gets leak because of courier company's fault then why would I bear all loss? That's the reason people mention it clearly in their ads/threads that customer will bear shipping charges and risk. Hope you got my point

Sorry, when you sell commercially for whatever profit, they you become a business!! And please note, around the world, any terms and conditions which are deemed unfair are not allowed. Just putting a line 'on buyers risk' doesnt mean your responsibility ends. On a positive note, I would advise you to use steel types boxes, which would be safer and less risk for you.
