Car conditions are subject to mileage mostly. 100,000 is what cars run in 4-5 years time period. The condition of car show it to be much more. If it is a genuine mileage, no doubt the owner has never cared for it. Now the price is not a matter of owner choice only. The price is what transfers the owner. either this car is worth buying in 350K/400K or not buying worth at all.

And people like you should never complain about prices of anything. whether it be petrol or CNG or daily grocery or electricity. Because

1- You are rich
2- You ideology about owner's choice on demand

If i see you in person and hear this demand, i would laugh. But if i see you insisting it .... go get a good psychiatrist.

and as for the mileage, my 2007 lancer has only done 54k km till now, taxi ki tarha nahi chalata ke 5 saal mein 1 lakh km chal jaye

i have an offer of 8.5 from a dealer for this car but not selling it to him because i know he will buy it for 8.5 and sell for 1 million and our brothers will be happy to buy it from him
