@ levin
lets compare the wheelbase and track of the "SUPER STARLET" with some the other popular drift cars........that are renowned for their drift control and max angles..........infact:D lets just stick to the wheelbase discussion for now
wheel base of a KP series STARLET wheelbase 91.5 in (2324 mm)
Wheelbase of a S14 Silvia 2525 mm (99.4 in)
Nissan Cefiro A31 Wheel base: 2670 mm
Mazda RX-7 FD3S wheelbase 95.5 in (2426 mm)
you can see a pattern emerging..............
Now I shall take you back to the basics of drifting and shed some light on an age old topic of the
"ideal wheelbase and the perfect drifting car"
it is very simple you see
the longer the wheel base the more progresive (usualy) the drift is not as fast and snappy as a short wheelbase car, therefore able to sustain longer drifts and match and link chain drifting techniques such as "manji" drifting
the truth is what people call drifting on a small wheelbase RWD cars are actually short powerslides and there is a considerable difference in a powerslide and a proper drift and that is the case with this car aswell even if it were to bear an AE111 4A-GE as a heart under its hood with a T50 mission and a limited slip diff. it'll only be able to manage small powerslides and don't show me youtube videos of KP60 starlets converted to AP60 starlets that are mad drifters..............those cars have literally mad steering angles and a more direct rack and pinion streeing rack to keep up with the snappy and erratic nature of a RWD short wheelbase car as told by Datpak(baqir) that a KP was done in peshawar a couple of years ago with a RWD 4E-FTE setup and for the rest of details you can ask baqir bhai yourself
I actually was interested in getting a 4A-GE T-VIS for my car but that car made me change my mind for good!
thank you.
