Splendid thread with outclass photography. I went too early this year, stayed at view point hotel, they charged us nothing for pitching tent + we spent most of the time in the heated lodge. Many cups of free tea we had and plenty to eat, thanks to Ahmad bhai and Commando (shah g) sahab there. I guess different story in winters.

its easy to reach there now........ but may b there will be no snow there in nov dec (or little snow) due to prevalent weather conditions... real snow will be in jan end and feb
