Fake fog lights delivered by vendor of PakWheels

AOA PakWheels users I ordered DLAA fog lamps for Toyota Corolla 2006 from PakWheels and they delivered some third class fog lamps instead. I called back to the vendor through provided contact number and he said PakWheels will address your issue. PakWheels has been approached through their WhatsApp number and PTCL number they are keep telling they referred to some team who will contact in 24 hours and it’s 12 hours after 24 hours no one contacted. Initially I ordered for cash on delivery but I received a call from PakWheels that this item is for advance payment I paid in advance and they have done this to me…
Please guide me how it will be returned and will be refunded?
