Salaam hasangr8 & joinami,

First of all thanks to both of u for the great advice n route guidance !!! Whereas, I missed the reply of Hassangr8 before leaving from Lahore.

However, with the grace of almighty Allah I had managed to reach skardu safely as of now using the following route and on a corolla 2007

Day 1 - Left Lahore at 8am and stayed night at Bisham using KKH.
Day 2 - Left Besham at 7am and stayed night at Rama PTDC.
Day 3 - Left Rama at 7am and reached Skardu by 7.30pm, via Deosai as they had just build the bridge.

I know it is hard to believe tht I managed all this on a corolla, but I managed it and that too I am the only driver !!!! I am currently in Skardu and the car is in Gud condition. I will b share sum pictures once I am back.

So I need a bit of a help from u guyz in managing my way back; which route is the shortest and less time consuming, KKH or the N15 ? As personally I am preferring the N15 as I heard frm others tht this route will b better while going bk.

Wishing you a safe return and if you are really in a mood of some extended adventure than you can come back via N15 too but you have to leave Chilas early morning(around 4.am b.coz of less water in some areas at early morning near lulusar) ) or you may face some high ground clearance issues too that might damage your car bumpers. but if you are already tired of driving and hearing sound of hitting stones to your precious car floor than follow the advice of hassan and come back via KKH. Rest Choice is yours , when i was coming back *. from N15 i have seen a corolla 82 crossing the top with 5 person on board. best wishes. With the grace of Allah, I planned my trip by the help of my fellow pakwheelers brothers. To whome I contacted he helped

me a lot upto the maximum extent.

I gathered all the travel information via threads on Pakwheels even all those threads are the source of motivation for me.

I must say giving detailed information on forum which can be helpful for anyone is obviously great always.
