Theres a big difference,AWD is more efficient and delivers the power in more convenient way than RWD.

not correct, an AWD car is only quicker at the launch thats it, otherwise a RWD is quick overall, since in an AWD power is being fed to all four wheels, therefore the loss of power is equally increased.

.....AWD always have first gear advantage..and RWD starts right after it
