FAW have decided to "kill" the Besturn brand hence renamed the car as FAW B70 from Besturn B70.. also note the original FAW emblem now on the radiator grill which previously use to carry the Besturn emblem..
current price starts from 129800rmb which is 16.08 lac PKR
@usmanbhae, its a nice one, but didnt make me interested. seems like jst another chinese copy.
specialy looking at the rear lights.Front lightsand specialy the huge grill makes it look odd
its successful more because of its performance and impressive crash test score. since its based on a Mazda 6 platform so perhaps this gave an edge.. do check the videos above, doesn't look like an ordinary Chinese car
Yup i need to c the pics, mostly because chinese people are like the indians empowering and embracing there own home made products rather then embracing other stuff thats the basic reason these things sell so good in China.

The FAW-Besturn B70 gets a facelift and a new engine. Facelift most visible in new grille, just like we saw earlier on spy shots of the facelifted B50. New engine is a 1.8 with 102kw. The 2.0 engine will continue but that one only got 6kw more. The 2.0 is 27 kg heavier than the 1.8. Top speed though is a claimed 200 km/h for both cars. The facelifted B50 and B70 will debut at the Shanghai Auto Show in April 2011.
