I read all above Discussion, just like many others feel, I also face similar Issues, like AC smell, Khar Khar Sound from Steering Column, Door Rubbers issues, suspension sounds, and Plastic Rattling sounds, The bad thing is these are all just minor issues, just tightening or putting some cushioning can resolve the problem, but the Dealerships mechanics or the Service teams are not much interested to rectify those minor issues, may be that are not Capable or they are not Committed. They always try to Refute your problem by saying,:: It will Resolve after some Kilometers, No I don't hear any Abnormal sound, No this is Normal in all cars..,this is the problem is only in imported V2 and Local V2 is good,..... sir you have perfect car there is no problem.... sir wait for a few weeks we have ordered these parts from china and we will inform you when they arrive at our dealership.... Please come some other day this issue will take some work from local mechanic.... and bla bla.....
Alhaj FAW Needs to work very aggressively to increase the capacity of Dealerships, they need to Motivate and Train their Service Teams at Dealerships. If the service teams are not able to identify and resolve the issues promptly then people will be forced to go to Local mechanics and other Brands dealerships, and this will ultimately result into Failure of V2 just like SUZUKI LIANA......
Right now the 3S dealerships of FAW are just 1S Sales Dealerships, they are Good at Selling New V2, but they dont have any serious inventory of Spare parts nor they have Good quality Service Teams. Workshop Facilities are also very Poor Unfortunately.
Alhaj FAW should restrict these 3S dealerships to Sales only, and should Hire new Service and Spare parts dealerships separately who have experience and expertise in after sales.
