AOA Guys, i am buying faw v2, dealership in multan quoted my 1174000 total.

11,19000 car price, 40000 non filer tax and 15000 freight charges.

can any one who have recently bought the car, guide me about the price as i am having a feeling that they are overcharging me.

The Invoice price and Frieght Charges are Correct, please check if you are filer or not, if filer then you will pay 25000 otherwise 40000, and if you are filer you can claim back this 25000 withholding tax as well from income tax department. Rest is the Registration charges which is nearly 25000 to 30000 that you will have to pay after delivery of you car.
make sure you make demand draft from your bank in the name of Alhaj FAW Motors Pvt Limited, Karachi

Beautiful MashAllah. You said 11,19000 is the price incl WHT and registration. Are you sure? Because as far as i know it's the invoice price excluding all the taxes and registration.

Bhai jahan koi phass jaye, aj ki date ma i have called like 6 dealerships, only those from lahore asked for own 25k to 30k, others have cars available on immediate delivery with no own at all. Faw Bahwalpur, Rahimyar Khan, Multan, Faisalabad all have cars with no own.

That's good to know. Last time i checked from FAW Karachi and Gujranwala. They were asking around 45-60 thousands.

Finally got my v2, in silver color. Got it from FAW Sahiwal, no own. Drive is great, till date i have driven 800km, fast acceleration.

some weird sounds from trunk were there which i am going to discuss with FAW on first free service.

you can negotiate freight charges, if you are good at negotiation you can get it with 0 freight charges, warna dealership k bharosay raho ge tu 20k freight charges and 30k own b maang lete hn. but when you tell them k filaan dealership tu mjhe beghair own k and 0 frieght charges k car de ri ha tu saray line pe aa jatay hn, coz in the end the thing that matters for them is to sale the car.

Sure mate, abhi tu mostly positive he ha, Apart from weird noises, bs 1 issues aye ha.

I noticed coolant drops in my garage under car, upon inspection i found that it overflowed from coolant reservoir bottle. I will keep an eye on this issue and discuss it with dealership if it continues.

Coolant overflowing issue is Nothing to worry about, most prabably the coolant level is full in the reservoir tank so when the car heats up the level rises by expansion and comes out from the top of the reservoir bottle overflow point, if you can do it yourself then better to open the top lid of Coolant Reservoir bottle and collect some coolant off with the help of a Disposable Syringe, better to save that collected coolant for future Top Up of coolant level bcz its Genuine. Ideally coolant level should be between the High and Low Marks on Reservoir Tank.
