I changed my player with dvd player and inatalled a rear camera as well. The player wiring in V2 is same as in corolla at least thats what the tech told me. My old V2 player fit snuggly in my old cuore, with no xtra wiring or cutouts.

My brother installed two rear speakers in his v2 and it souds pretty good, by the way he also replaced his stock player with a dvd player.

Both our players are working just fine, the kids just love it.

The audio player meets my needs but it doesn't quite go with the pretty dashboard, the bright green can be a little off-putting. I'd like to change it in the future too, AUX is the only thing missing.

Thanks for sharing the details, much appreciated. Rs 5300 does sound steep for one foglight. Hopefully the situation will improve once we have third party parts available in the market. I'm a little concerned why genuine parts aren't available at the dealerships and need to be ordered from Karachi.

Has anybody had any luck with rain shades? I checked and the ones for Suzuki Liana fit the front windows nicely but not the back. So I would have to find some that fit the back and buy two different sets which isn't ideal. They didn't have Swift ones so I didn't check, wonder if they fit.

I messaged their Facebook page and the nice person on the other end said I would receive these FOC once they arrive in Pakistan as a gift from the marketing team

Brothers Suzuki Swift prce is 14 lakh and FAW is 1050000 according to price diffrence FAW V2 is much better then swift

And the V2 has a higher safety rating than Pak Suzuki Swift, which isn't even considered for NCAP testing due to lack of airbags.

can anyone tell me please what engine oil grade should be use in v2. m lil bit confused about oil grade because on manual book they have specified 15w40 but faw lyalpur motors change it with shell hx7 5w30.

Just came back from Lahore tour. On my way back, fuel average 12.5 KMPL, average speed was 140km i think that was prettyyy good!

From Lahore to Sahiwal, it was a slow road, speed was around 100. Got 14.5.. I don't think its bad at all. I am satisfied. One thing that keeps me wondering is, the air cross sound that comes from back of the rear seat. FAW in Lahore told me that company might recall the cars.

Also, they will install rubbers in doors.

5w 30 is better for new engine and winters....

government just announced mini budget with increase in duty of imported vehicles specially in 800-1299cc category, so anyone knows does it change duty of v2 also? as its imported unit so far

Oh I really hope they do. I got it from a reliable source that they had considered running a campaign to address the brake squeaking issue but they decided to tackle it on an individual basis instead. I think if they fix the wind noise issue, then the drive will be perfect.
