yes u r right. i have spoken to the showroom. they said we have disscused this problem with al haj faw. may be they recall for installing new rubbers

Isn't it possible to install custom rubbers yourself? Rather than waiting for factory to fix it? And is it confirmed that it is only rubber issue?

yara u desi mechanic. faw fsd k aik mechanic nay kaha tha problem ho sakti hay but make sure.
he also said u can install from outside shops

o sorry i have missed some words. im trying to say that

yara ye jo desi mechanic faw k hain .in me se faw fsd k aik mechanic nay kaha tha problem ho solve sakti hay but he also is not make sure.
he also said u can install rubbers from outside shops

Drove around 170 kms yesterday all inner city between rwp/isb. Just amazing.

But after 400km on my odometer now im facing the break squeaking issue as well. But its not constant usually on braking at low speeds. Didn't faced the sound issue as of yet cause mostly i drive in between 100-110km/hr max.

but still i must say the fuel economy overshadows all the bad points or shortcomings in this vehicle. Topped of my tank and drove 170km yesterday and when i came back home there is still 3 quarters left according to the fuel gauge. Driving style mixed with periodic traffic jams(people living in isb/rwp will know the situation of traffic at 01:30pm/05:00pm/07:30pm) traveled mostly on murree road/islamabad highway/kashmir highway.

Amazing and comfortable drive. Drove all day but still wasn't tired.

Just a question for FAW owners in ISB/RWP can you please tell me from where can i get the floor mats and the mud flaps??

brother, 20-50 is for old cars, and I bet that V2 needs better oil. See the oil specifications for V2 is 15-40 API SF.
Please also check engine oil API classifications page, SF, SG are obsolete. They are for older cars, pre-1993 models.

Shell Helix HX3 is 20-50 (does not match) and API level is SG/SJ (obsolete/pre-2001 models). This page also says "Helps clean and protect older engines" at first line.
Shell Helix HX5 is 15-40 (matches the v2 specs) and API level is SN (for modern engines).

I just can't believe they recommended HX3 for new V2.
