Okay V2 may not be a high tech car but look at other options in the market. You are comparing with a local Cultus - the car is not a JDM just based on a Japanese design but from 1980s !
Even Japanese are now sourcing parts and materials from China, India, and other countries as it is very cost effective. Look at their electronics industry most products are now made in China or other countries and this trend in increasing with time. i.e. as an example do you know some JDMs are being sold in Japan with tires made in other countries.
Suzuki is now doing a lot of R&D and work in India. The new Baleno being sold in Japan is actually being made in India and exported there. Similarly, Maurti suzuki has been involved in the K series engine development. (wagon R engine)
