FBR bans income tax non-filers from buying cars

You don't need to go to fbr, just register on iris, login and do it yourself, you can take help from income tax ordinance 2001 or ask about any query at this forum, I am filing my returns myself from 2007 (at the age of 22) and I filled my returns with zero tax last year because I have already payed excessive amount in shape of withholding tax at the time of purchase of my car.
