They replied and now I can see registration number in my account (https://app.techdestination.com/dashboard). But how do I get the certificate? Did they email you the certificate?

Had to email one more time. PSEB finally generated the certificate and download link appeared in account. Submitted it to bank today.

If payments are received in payoneer/wise and kept there, how do we declare that in fbr return? and is that taxable?

In case only some percentage is transferred to Pak from payoneer/wise, not all of it.

Don't know much it. I do receive small amount in Payoneer, and I have Payoneer MasterCard, so I just use it to make business related payments online mostly but I can also use it at local stores and to withdraw cash at ATMs. Don't need to transfer to bank account in Pakistan.

i have tax deduction certificate from bank showing it deduct tax aginst 154 but they are not giving prc is this certificate is engough to show my income is it based

in current IRIS portal, the tax deductions made by bank or the withholding agents are visible,. So you shall compute the data for the financial year 22-23 cross verify it with your manally computed data and manage the 2022-2023 tax return accordingly.

@moneebariffast what bank, and from what platform do you get payment?

In case of remittance bank is obligated to provide you PRC, it is your right. Launch a complaint through email include your branch / relationship manager in it to provide you PRC against all X Y Z transactions within 15 working days, and mention in email that if they fail to do so you will contact banking mohtasib directly.

Banking mohtasib is powerful and your branch manager will come to you and provide what is your right.

It is important to keep PRCs in your record in case fbr demands it

PRC should be obtained from bank, complain to head office of bank if they don't give you PRC. This will help you greatly in case of audit by FBR. PRCs are also needed for PSEB registration renewal (to reduce withholding and final tax from 1% to 0.25%).

I actually attach all PRC in a PDF file with my tax return on IRIS portal. This is not a requirement, but I do it anyway as a good practice.

thanks i will surely do that . in case of pseb i think they not required prc now they now say "Summary of Export Revenue" previously i remember they specifically asking for prc or form R.

Payoneer payment is different than direct remittance. You have to find out who is the intermediatory bank and ask for PRC from that bank.
