FBR Notice due to registration of car, need advice and help

Any body know what is the exact procedure if father or brother wants to gift a car to his sister/ daughter

Not heard of gift, but if the person getting gift is adult, it should be purchased in his her name, no matter who make pay order.

Or one can buy a new car, register in his own name and later transfer it to the name of anyone whom he wants to give as gift, but it is not a very wise way as the person getting the car as gift becomes second owner. But it has a brighter side as well that if the person gifting is a filer, he can get back the WHT.

But who has to face the FBR, the one who gives the gift or the one who gets it. Suppose A has paid, a car booked for B and latter registered to B. If B gets the notice how can he prove that it is A who has paid and gifted me.

The best thing is to file your income tas and wealth tax statement. Since your income dont' fall in annual taxable income, simply file a zero tax return. The remittances should be reflected in Wealth tax statement.

Since FBR did not have any prior record in system of your status, the notice was ought to come.

friends I have received a notice from FBR last night.
actually scene is....
ikk BC consultant ne meri tax returns ko weak btaya or suggest kiya k mein Returns Revise karwaun
so mene March me iris me ja k Revision request kar di
or aik lawyer ko kaha osne chart bna k returns file kar di
but last night muje email receive hui hai k you are failed to file returns. kisi section k against or 177 k nam se
any one here please to help me???
lawyer ko again call ki he said k phir aa jao mere pass pese bnany bethy hain sab koi bhi sincere advice nai de raha

Yar ye system se auto selected logon ko emails ja rahi hain agar further pursue krna hua to FBR ka bnda apko khud contact krega
