White Fiat

fixing of fan issue. and some minor things.

last weekend

we changed fuel filter of FIAT.
fitted back rear seats.
blue fiat got new seat belts at rear
temperature guage issue of white fiat solved
starting problem of white fiat identified.

The total repair cost was approx 10k, with 7500 for parts and rest for oil and labor and other small stuff.

Unfortunately the long weekend cannot be utilized due to busy schedule & my Uno is in same condition like before rather more dirty as servicing was done one month before. Do call me i wana disscus something.

Whats update on Thermostat? Have change it or not?

Got the thermostat water jacket replaced as it started to leak in a critical way.

here is the old one

new one was sourced from lahore. courtesy of Beeberg and Imranbhatti. Strom did the courier part. many thanks buddy for the hassle.

There was only one difference between the two as marked in circles. old one had a hole for fitting of temperature sensor which gives signal to glow plug timer. Long heater when cold and comparativelt shorter heater when hot. New one needed some surgery to make a hole. Dimensions were unique and only one shop had that tool which was required.

In the end, a job well done by the guy

BTW is that temp sensor is working properly( "Bypassing Glow Plug switch ON" in case of high engine temprature).
