I dont beleive the belt will. Unless u find an industrial market that has cog belts. The 4a carby engine had square cut teeth on the belt.

Hello. Timing is correct? Means you installed 4AF head on 4afe?There's not much difference. Compression is same and the cam lobes angles. Major difference is intake manifold shapes.
Why using carburetor? Cams of head you installed are Ok?Pulley is different i think. As last generations got different cam profile
