Hehe Escape well not yet most problems are solved now.

I observed other 5afe engines today in market and noticed there original TPS and Throttle Stop screw adjustments. TPS they all had different setting but throttle stop screw was identical.

Also spoke to the guy i bought engine from and requested him for ECU replacement to manual which he accepted so next week he says i can go check if manual ecu arrived.

SER i also tested the resistance between sensors and battery ground and it came down to 0.00

messed around with AC amplifire (control module) wiring. Evidently, the guys in shoba bazar cut and spliced a lot of wires. I managed to put them all back how they used to be. However, I cant wire up the compressor side. Trouble!

From old grip going to compressor, there're 5 wires going there. New compressor accepts only 3: one for AC clutch and 2wires for compressor rpm sensor (my guess). Now, how to wire which to which, I have no idea. HELP PLEASE!

I am very much sure that the Black&white wire on the stock wiring will go to the lone AC clutch wire. What about the other two wires coming from the compressor? how to wire them to the stock wiring having 4 leftover wires?

open up and see what is printed on the PCB pinouts, the carb amplifier is similar to the EFI one

the other spare wires could be
engine rpm
compressor rpm out

you would need to look in the factory wiring diagram to look up the true connections

thats the real problem. I opened it up, there is absolutely nothing printed on the pcb! dang thing!

the 4 wires that you see leftover in the loom side are
2 = rpm sensor compressor
1 oil switch
1 ac compressor clutch

btw Xulfiqar and SER i got one questions they have installed FICD on the firewall took one vaccum pipe out of intake but the return pipe its going to some where behind the intake below. is this the correct place it goes to?

yep theres an air pipe "tree" down there one end feeds the power steering pump load switch and the other feeds the adjustable A/C idle up load switch

In your original pics I see the pipes broken off from it its not electrical btw its a hydraulic switch that opens up a direct air bleed passage to the intake manifold.

A good power steering repair shop should have it - its mounted on the high pressure line banjo fitting of the pump

Hmm there is a thing which mechanic were calling T connected to power pump. one side of that is the pressure pipe of power steering on the other side there are two hydrolic pipe places. which now are not connected.

Thx for that, now im getting somewhere! Im guessing the two wires they've shorted must be the oil switch wires. that leaves out three wire, one for compressor clutch and other two for its rpm. Yay! Problems are finally solving thankyou...

another interesting thing happened today after i did all this, i also tried to connect the E21-sensor earth pin with a ground location behind left passenger kick panel
...now car idling is at 900rpm constant. but as soon as i switch on the blower fan it drops to 500rpm. with headlights and other loads it doesnt drop more than 100rpm or something. This is making my alarm bells ring...

i dont think i have that power steering idle-up stuff connected. i think its not even there! lol

I was serching online and no results coming up for idle up switch but FICD (Fast Idle Control Device) a lot of discusions goin on maybe some made up name by people.

the mechanics usually call it T I think - it has 2 pipe nipples with thick vacuum pipes (not hydraulic in any sense). One connects to the tree under the manifold and one to the manifold plenum directly.

This switch activates when the pump is supplying full pressure and lugs the rpm down. It opens up the port and air is admitted to the engine raising rpm

Why would someone short the oil switch wires? - the oil switch wire should be black/yellow or yellow/black (cant confirm combo now) and leads to the body plug near the ECU - its best to just take a connection from there to the cluster - the alternator light wire also ends up there (I think yours must be connected to the carby wiring which is in the fenderwell)

the E21 should go to the sensors and then to the same ground as your E01 (engine ground eyelet) - It should already be in the original loom - someone mustve just snipped and tucked it away - its the thinner of the brown wires.

The best way to tackle such problems is to - completely remove the wiring loom and then trace every disconnected wire, connect appropriately with main and circuit opening relay, A/C clutch and rpm sensor, oil switch, alternator plug, temp needle etc. Then place it back in and connect to car appropriately

Great now I am getting somewhere Idiot swap mechanic didnt install that T and pump started leaking so my mechanic got that installed and insisted the vacume ports should be there normaly they are broken. So now i got the complete switch all i need to do is get two pips and connect it :D.

BTW my mechanic says one of the pipes from power steering goes to vaccum switch on firewall. Is he correct?

bhai thori modern relay purchase karletay, something that colour matches with your current plugs etc.
