Oh, its the same ac walla at muskan chowrangi , hes good !
had my ac fit from the same area but from another guy, hes a genious too .
Btw Your car is Awesome MashAllah i own 90 swift as well and had restored it 6 month back ! i love this japanese car .

@xulfiqar......bro compressor cost me for 8.5k but I don't know if its original or not....dryer is of r134 cost me 400....
@3dkhurram.......yes its the same ac wala name sajid brothers but I am not satisfied from its work coz uske kehne pe pura ac naya daal dia phr bi cooling nae hai koi khas may be swift/khyber men ac ka koi fiada nae hai.....

ok then u should go to the one opposite to this ac wala, jahan cars k showrooms hain wahan hain ek ac wala , i forgot the name, yellow boarding hai with his name car care aur auto care kar k kuch, hes the master, i installed ac with some new and old stuff and result is great , its for 12k i am pretty satisfied atleast for the front two seats, It cools enough that u have to switch it off

@3dkhurram......bro uske pas jaoga wo aur paise mange ga bus sirf pata lg jae ke usne sae compressor dala hai ya nae......asal men compressor mera theak tha shape men aesae tha but colour men waisa tha jo xulfiqar bhai bta raen hain to pehle maine sb chezen new dalin par compressor mera sae tha mje change nae karna tha to baki chezen fit karke gas charge karke chalaya to zabardast cooling karne lga par 1 din men puri gas leak kargae to check kia to compressor ki sealen leak thi to usne mje bola ke 1500 men repair hoga aur ek season nikalega phr change karna parega to phr maine bi kaha chalo naya daldeten hain ek he dafa to usne mere compressor ke exchange men 7500rs leay mazeed aur ye compressor daldia.......

Yes.
I remember that the Denso one that I got for my car had the machine finish.

may be swift/khyber men ac ka koi fiada nae hai.....

Im having the FF Denso AC setup that came with the car.
The AC compressor seals leaked in 2008 and I got a new Denso one.
Cooling is good.
If everything of your setup is working the way it should be working then there should not be any issues with cooling.
BTW you should not have given away your old compressor.

where did you buy this compressor from?? I find it quite odd thats its painted silver, All the original sanden compressors Ive bought new have machine finish on their bodies, the compressor head bolts are gold cadmium plated along with the pulleys.

And the pipe covers are blue and red. It should also have a sanden proprietary wiring connector for the magnet coil.

This looks a little strange. And always use a genuine dryer in the system and the correct expansion valve, a proper A/C parts dealer can look up the correct part no for you. All expansion valves look alike but they flow differently and severely affect A/C performance if you choose the wrong part.

There r three types of sandan ac system avalible....chinese,tiawan and the Japanese.....chinese costs 17-19k,tiawan 20-22
k and japanese cost 26-29k.U r taking abt the japanese one i think so

Thts maybe because u didn't get the original japanese sandan..its abt 26k.the one u got is i think so chineses...u should also chk for leakage of vents under the dashbrd area..Even if its chinese one it should cool as its new.

@sheazi.....Bro there are some leakage but not too much which can effect cooling....Bro rat men fit kam karta hai ek to waisae sardi hai aur aur cooling itni hoti haike vent pe hath nae rakha jata par dopher men bus normal hota hai...........
