@Mostwanted. Great work (Y). I wanted to do the same thing to my vitz's tail lights but backed off because it requires patience which I was short of back when I got the idea. But I'm thinking about actually doing it after I've seen your work.
I've got a question though. Whats the value of the resistors that you're using? They look quite big so I'm assuming they allow a good amount of current to pass through them.
I've installed LEDs in my headlights that light up when the parking lights are on. I'm using 330ohm resistors (The LEDs are 3v ones). 1 or 2 LEDs per resistor work fine. But when I add more leds they start getting dimmer. For the tail lights I'll need atleast 40 LEDs and I'll have to add around 20 resistors in parallel configuration. Your circuit looks much simpler and easier to build because you added a total of only 3 resistors. I would really appreciate your help. Thanks
