Fahd, after 7 pm, get changed and walk briskly for half an hour and also use the routine I had advised a couple of mates in this thread. Move your arms like you are parading. Keep your diet heavy if you need to, only divide it into 6 meals a day which would help you eat in lesser quantity each time you eat. Increase protein content in your diet i.e eggs, poultry and meat. Try to eat corn beans at around 10-11 am which would suppress your hunger for some amount of time. Drink plenty of water, around a litre when you get up with good pauses and have breakfast after half an hour. Try to reduce your water intake before, during and after meals and try to stop it totally. Not difficult at all. Don't take tea, cola or coffee (any black drink) after meals. Always wait for at the least 40-45 minutes before you have it. Tell me after 10 days and I will tell you a secret recipe for weight loss which might be the most amazing thing you have come so far in this regard but do this zealously for around 10-15 days.

At the level you are, lifting raw weights is the best thing you can do to yourself. Machine work would definitely bring some fitness in yet it wouldn't do much good. Trust me on this.
Anyway, for a starter, try doing 5 sets upon each machine related to a body part every other day with the heaviest weight you can lift with proper form and on every other day, start jogging and sprinting at the end of jogging. This will start taking your metabolic level upwards.
